One of the interesting things about health is that it is a personal choice. Some people never pay a thought to the concept of health and go about their day to day life without a care. Some people obsess about the idea of health and lose touch with the value of a moment. I believe that it is possible to live in your moment and pay attention to the development of health at the same time. The key is to plan according to your roles in life, qualify your actions by applying them to your goals in life and take action based on integrity in the moment. Your attitudes and values are always expressed whether you consciously choose to or not. As such they should always be consistent with your actions. When your attitudes, values and actions are not in harmony you will feel stress and the effects of stress always negatively affect your body, mind, and spirit. This affects your life in so many ways including your work and personal relationships. When your health is compromised you can be sure that it all started with your attitude. Without some awareness of the concept of health there is no way to direct it. It all begins with whether or not you care about your health and in order to care you must first understand that your actions and choices can have either a positive or negative effect on your overall health. So I suggest that you take an introspective look into your feelings and knowledge of the process of health. Remember you can lose your health with an event or a process but you can only regain it with a process. When you look at the health as a process and spend some time cultivating it, you have the ability to take the actions needed to support well being and nurture the nature inside of you.
